Good is no longer good enough
One of the latest thing I heard at a business conference is mediocrity kills.
I am afraid that train has left the station and now good is no longer good enough.
If you go to a restaurant and your friend says how was the meal and you say it was good they will question what was wrong.
Today the consumer is more savvy than every before and with the dawn of the self review Internet how many of us now only search for things with 5 star reviews. Think about your last search on Amazon.
