Preservation not Innovation

How many people in your organisation preserve the status quo in fear of change and progress?
As one famous saying goes, “If Thomas Edison would have listened to the market he would have just made bigger candles”.
Stable is good, but I can tell you standing still in today's fast paced arena is going backwards.
Just remember where your thoughts were 12 months ago and how things have changed since.
Make sure you create a culture of innovation where it is good to make mistakes.
You never make mistakes as long as you learn from them.
Have a collective approach and empower people to develop and grow.
You will be amazed by the results.
