When was the last time you spoke to your customers?

Importantly, when was the last time you listened?

When was the last time you asked them their KPI's?

All businesses need to focus on key principals and we know that this generally evolves around finance and strategy. Next time you are around the board room table talking about KPI's, think about your customers as well.

Successful businesses listen to their customers and develop value across the board.

Look at Apple, they didn't just design great computers they made computers that delivered from a customers view point.

They have won our trust and friendship and now billions of people would buy anything from Apple and it won't be long before we are queuing to buy the first Apple car!

Ask you're customers what they think, listen and react. Come out of denial and you will see your business grow.
